Clean, consistent lemonade built for volume.
Top Hat Lemonade Batching Concentrate is an ultra-premium, bar-ready lemonade and craft sour mix made with cold-pressed lemon juice and pure cane sugar. Designed specifically for professional use, this concentrate delivers bright citrus, balanced sweetness, and repeatable results across draft systems, frozen machines, and high-volume cocktail programs.
Whether you’re batching fresh lemonade, lemon sours, Collins cocktails, or frozen programs, Top Hat Lemonade eliminates citrus prep while preserving fresh-squeezed flavor and consistency—case after case.
- Made with Cold-Pressed Lemon Juice & Pure Cane Sugar – Crafted in small batches using real lemon juice for a clean, farm-fresh citrus profile without artificial flavoring.
- Single-Serve Lemonade Formula – Mix 1.25oz Top Hat + 4oz water (or soda water). Add spirit or alcohol-free alternative to build cocktails instantly.
- 5-Gallon Keg Batching Formula – 4 bottles Top Hat + 5L spirit (or alcohol-free alternative) + 10 quarts water yields approximately 100 consistent lemon cocktails or sours.
- Non-Alcoholic Lemonade Keg Formula – 5 bottles Top Hat + 15 quarts water produces a clean, balanced draft lemonade program.
- Frozen Lemonade & Slush-Machine Ready – 2 bottles Top Hat + 2L spirit (or alcohol-free alternative) + 4 quarts water. Blend, load, and serve.
- Built for Professional Programs – Performs cleanly in draft lines, frozen machines, high-volume batching, festivals, stadiums, and multi-location bar operations.
